July 12 – August 14 th Ages 6 – up Structured Activities & Instruction from 9AM – 5PM Dance: *Hip-Hop *Jazz *Ballet *Poms *Irish *Dance/Dance Revolution *Action Fitness Circuit *Tumbling *Open Swim (Adult Supervised)
Tuesday's and Thursday's PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED TO SET RATIO Required 8 students
5 Week Session “Club USA ” Members: $275.00 (Pay by May 1st $25.00 off) Non-Members: $325.00 (Pay by May 1 st $25.00 off)
9:00-11:30 AM … DANCE (upon registration we will divide ability and/or age groups) The hour begins with a warm up, flexibility and stretching, dance technique and vocabulary followed with choreography to popular hit songs. Dance styles such as: *Hip-hop *Jazz *Ballet *Poms *Irish
11:30-12:15 PM … DANCE-DANCE REVOLUTION / ACTION FITNESS CIRCUIT
12:15-1:00 … Lunch… Please bring a sack lunch
1:00 - 3:30 … TUMBLING All levels welcome from rolls to cartwheels to back handsprings and flips
3:30-4:30 … OPEN SWIM (Adult supervision at all times) Noodles and kick boards available!
5:00PM … PARENT PICK UP from: Action Fitness
Disney & Princess Belle Classes Ages 3-5
Princess Belle: Creative Movement, Ballet, Tap, Tumbling, Balance Body Awareness Dance Vocabulary, Active Games & Music Monday, Wednesday & Friday Mornings and Afternoons; also Saturday AM (Ages 3-Kindergarten or must be Out of Diapers)
“Princess Parties” On the Last Wednesday of Each Month!! Noon-1:15 PM FREE with Summer Classes Drop in fees $15.00 per Princess

Waiver of Liability Dance Studio… Same Waiver as Club Memberships The use of Club USA Dance facilities and any transportation provided by Club USA Dance shall be undertaken by the class participants, dependent (s), or guest(s) at their sole risk, and Club USA Dance shall not be liable for any injuries or damages to any class participant, dependent(s) or guest(s), or the property of any class participant, dependent(s) or guest(s) or be subject to any claim or demand for injury or damages whatsoever, including without limitation, those damages resulting from acts or negligence on the part of Club USA Dance, its officers, agents or employees. The member for himself/herself and on behalf of his/her executors, administrators, heirs, assigns and successors, does hereby expressly forever waive, release and discharge Club USA Dance, its owners, officers, employees, assignees and successors, does agree to indemnify and hold Club USA Dance, it's owners, officers, employees, assignees and from all such claims, demands, injuries, damages, actions or causes of action. The class participant does hereby agree to indemnify and hold Club USA Dance, its owners, officers, employees, assignees and successors, harmless from all such claims, demands, injuries, damages, actions or causes of action. Club USA shall not be responsible to class participants their dependents, or guests for articles damaged, lost or stolen in or about Club USA , or for loss or damage to any property including but not limited to automobiles and the content thereof. I hereby acknowledge having received and read the foregoing Bylaws and Studio Policies
