AEROBICS CLASSES

Low Impact Aerobics:  The intensity level is up to you.  All low-impact may be picked up to high impact by your choice.

Step Classes:  Continuous step patterns are used to raise your heart rate and improve your cardiovascular system.  Step classes are designed for all fitness levels.  Challenge yourself (increasing the intensity) by adding risers under your platform.  Each riser will raise your step platform two inches.  Instructors will build upon skills to challenge your cardiovascular system. Our step classes include great variety with Step it up, Double Step it Up, Multi Step and Rising Step Bosu.

Boot Camp:  Total fitness conditioning class, cardiovascular and muscle training.  Classes may consist of running, step, kickboxing, lunges, squats, push-ups and more.

Action Circuit Class: This cirucit class is held in the Kids Action Fitness area.  This hour of circuit training will include the weight machines and the virtual reality cardio equipment.  Yep, this work out is actually fun, because even "big kids" like to have fun while achieving fitness.

Boxing Conditioning:  Authentic boxing moves incorporating kickboxing and the use of equipment.  Kick off each class with a controlled training pace prior to your explosive peak fitness challenge utilizing gloves and pads.  Fitness made fun!  Great cardio-conditioning, increasing your metabolism for a longer period of time.

Turbo Kick:  Turbo Kick is a fun high intensity workout inspired by dance, tae kwon do, boxing, tai chi and funk.

Zumba:  "Cardio exercise latin style."  Work up a sweat doing Salsa, Cha Cha, and merengue.  Moves are fun and easy to follow.

BODY CLASSES

Barbell:  This class is designed to work the entire body using barbells, hand weights, tubing, etc.  Participants begin with a general warm-up and are then lead through a series of exercises including squats, lunges, presses, lifts, and curls.  The focus is on correct form and technique using light to moderate weights and high repetitions.  On the Ball training may also be incorporated in classes.

Core Conditioning:  This class is designed to improve balance, coordination, flexibility and strength throughout your entire body, especially your abdominal region.  Gentle and challenging.

Pilates:  Pialtes mat classes streamline your muscles without putting stress on your spine or adding bulk.  Gain balance and strength from head to toe.

Power Yoga: Power Yoga is a flowing style of yoga combining breath with strength and flexibility.  Please bring water and a towel and be prepared to sweat.  Class room is approx. 90 degrees.  This class is an additional $5 charge.

Yoga:  Yoga is an ancient science created to bring balance to mind, body and spirit.  Yoga practice will bring calmness and clarity of mind.  It will increase physical strength, flexibility and create a greater awareness of the soul.  All classes are held in the Yoga Studio.  For in depth information and the class schedule please go to the Yoga portion of the website.
