 Club
USA is a family oriented club that offers something for all ages.
For the Children we have our highly acclaimed
Kids Club/ Nursery. For our parents peace of mind we have
installed two TV's so you can view your children in the Kids
Club/ Nursery. For 6 to 14 year olds we offer Kids
Action Fitness the first virtual reality athletic club featuring
dance dance revolution, xavix, climbing wall, education in anatomy and
nutrtion, and much more. Children may also use the pool
and family hot tub with their parents. Once a child is 13 they
may join the adults in the 15,000 sq. foot weight
room that has circuit equipment, plate loaded machines, free weights
and two areas for stretching. Every new member receives three
FREE training sessions to help them achieve their goals. For your
cardiovascular needs we offer over 100
group fitness classes per week FREE. Classes are desgined
for all levels. We also offer cardiovascular
areas throughout the club including the NEW Expresso interactive bikes
and an indoor walking/running track. For those 60 plus we offer
"SilverSneakers" and our
Fit for Senior Fitness classes. Additional benefits of your Club
USA membership include: Outside Activities
such as, cycling, two hot tubs, a steam room, dry sauna, swimming
pool, tanning and locker room amenities. For an additional
fee we offer, massage therapy, facials,
martial arts classes, dance classes for ages
3 to adult and personal trainers
who offer private, semi private and group training.
