MSROM (Muscular
strength and range of movement) classes are designed for any
fitness level for muscular strength and range of movement.
These classes offer a wide variety of exercises for the upper
and lower body for activities of daily living (ADL's).
Cardio
Circuit classes
are designed to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance
power with a standing workout. Upper body strength with
hand held weights, elastic tubing and a ball which are alternated
with non-impact aerobic choregraphy. A chair is offered
for support, stretching and relaxation exercises.
Silversneakers®
Yoga/Stretch classes
will move your whole body through a complete series of seated
and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely
perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility,
balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises
and a final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental
clarity.
