Power Yoga ($) is a combination of Vinyasa flow and Bikram style yoga, which combines strength, sweat and flexibility.  Please bring water and a towel and be prepared to sweat.  These classes are an additional $5.00 charge for Club USA members and $14.00 for non-members.  10 class punch cards availabe for everyone.
